I've written a birthday limerick for Melinda. I will preface it by stating that back in the day, I used to write really good limericks. Really! However, this one is not so good. I'm a little rusty, not to mention foggy from last nights tortilla soup.....

Melinda's Birthday Limerick

This weekend, Melinda's 28
28 is going to be great!
...but soon she'll be 30
she'll look at me dirty
and eat all the food off my plate
